Happy Thursday! Time is flying by, and I'm somehow already packing up my bags for this weekend's Nantucket wedding. I really can't believe September is halfway through, I feel like it was just yesterday that I was booking these fall weddings. Between traveling from wedding to wedding each weekend, working at WHS during the week, shooting & editing at night... it's hard to keep track of what day it is. It's also hard to believe I only have 2.5 more months of wedding season! AH. Before I hit the road I wanted to leave you with last weekend's Rhode Island, Warwick Country Club wedding. I can't believe how lucky we've been lately with the weather, looks like it's going to be a beautiful weekend on the Island. Be sure to follow along on the ALP Instagram! I feel like I've known Erin & John for such a long time; partly because their engagement session was over a year ago, and partly because they are just so incredibly friendly. These two are so easy going, so easy to relate to, so GOOFY, and so in love - my ideal clients. I think I told them this about 100 times on their wedding day but everything was just so... easy. They couldn't have been more calm, considerate, & wonderful. They kept checking in with me to make sure I had everything I needed (I think we were the best fed vendors ever) and their family and bridal party were the same way. I don't know how I get so lucky with my clients, you guys have no idea how much I appreciate you. Erin recently had to move to Germany for work (insane, I know) and the two of them somehow planned the most perfect wedding while never actually being in the same place. No idea how they did this, but they killed it. The Warwick Country Club was such a gorgeous venue for the nautical wedding Erin dreamed of. The ceremony was out on the golf course, facing the sail boats and after the ceremony we were able to walk right down to the water for pics. This whole day was full of so much love, so much fun, and the cutest little surprises John had planned for Erin.

John made a whole bunch of Corn Hole sets from scratch, they came out amazing.
I think this may have been my favorite moment of the entire day. Without telling Erin, John had gone to a studio and recorded himself singing their first dance song. The two of them started dancing and as soon as the words came in and she realized what he had done, she burst into the happiest tears. I'm pretty sure everyone was crying... including myself. It was the sweetest moment.
