Happy almost Fourth of July weekend! This time of year is my favorite and in a few hours I'll be joining the rest of Massachusetts and heading to the Cape (wish me luck). Before I'm off I'm super excited to share a very special wedding with you guys. It's always the hardest to blog weddings of clients that I know really well. I've been lucky enough to know Erica for over a decade now, we grew up down the street from one another and although we were only in High School together for a year I was lucky enough to spend a lot of time with this amazing human being. Erica is one of a kind. Honestly, this girl is gold. Beautiful, smart, loving, and way nicer than she needs to be. She was my lacrosse captain, we went on church service trips together, and she may or may not have given me my first beer (Michelle obviously not forgetting you in this magical moment). As many of you know, I have a serious soft spot for high school friends and to be able to stay in touch with and have old friends be so supportive of my photography business means the world to me. When I finally met Chris, I knew right away that these two were perfect together. They have a way of making everyone around them feel so appreciated and relaxed - a wedding photographers dream. I've been looking forward to this day for so long now and it did not disappoint. Everything was perfect - the weather, the tent, the gorgeous arbor that Chris built, Erica's unreal wedding dress, the amazing vendors (full list below!), I could go on and on. Erica & Chris - there is just so much I could say about how great I think you two are, about how insanely perfect your wedding day was, and how I already miss you and can't wait until we can hang out again. Except this time with Oscar. Thank you so much for letting me capture this day for you and for treating me like family while I was there. You guys rule. XO
