It's Tuesday & it feels like Friday! I have the day off from work tomorrow and I'm considering taking a half day photo-wise. I'm taking this coming weekend off too & disappearing to Vermont - ahhhh! Life is good. Now that wedding season has slowed down I've been able to spend so much more time with my friends and family and it feels SO good. I didn't realize how much I was missing everyone. Over the weekend when I wasn't shooting I was able to catch up with family friends Friday night, see all of my cousins and spend the afternoon at the farm Saturday, brunched with more friends Sunday morning and I was even able to make it to the Pats game with to of my very favorite ladies after that! AND I squeezed in two amazing photo sessions. It's incredible how much you can get done with a few extra hours in your day. Our apartment is clean & organized (okay fine this one was mostly Steve...), summer stuff replaced with winter (better late than never?), groceries in the fridge, and I finally had time to cook a real meal. How long can I keep this up?? I won't lie, a big part of me is missing wedding season already and I'm super excited for my next (& last) wedding of the season in just two weeks. Luckily, I've had a crazy amount of engagement & family sessions these days to keep me busy. The Defusco's are another fam that I've been taking photos of since the very beginning, I actually think they may have been my very first clients... Crazy! I've known Jackie forever and I love being able to catch up and see how much the kids have grown. Kylie & Ryan are so freaking cute, it's so fun to capture them. The morning of their session was freezing but these guys were troopers.
Happy almost Veterans day to all of our troops! XO
